Chamber I: Pachelbel in Venice

7:30 PM, Friday, November 13, 2009
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Cathedral
MSO transforms Jackson’s most classical church setting—St. Andrew’s Cathedral—into the legendary St. Mark’s Cathedral of Venice, surrounding the audience with the spectacular brass melodies of Gabrielli, performed from the four corners of the church. The concert celebrates the Baroque masters from Italy to Germany, including Pachelbel and his famous Canon in D.
