MSO collaborates with some of the Metro area’s finest singers and composers—Viola Dacus, James Martin, James Sclater and Andrew Sauerwein—to create an evening of travelers’ stories including Mahler’s Songs of a Wayfarer and music based on the poetry of C.S. Lewis. This concert is the world premier performance of a new work by Mississippian James Sclater. Stravinsky’s vibrant and popular Pulcinella closes the evening.
