The 2009 Premier Orchestral Institute Is Coming Soon
The 2009 Premier Orchestral Institute will be held June 1-6, 2009 at Millsaps College. This year's POI will feature nationally and internationally-known staff, including:
- Cármelo de los Santos, Violinist, The University of Mexico
- Viktor Uzur, Cellist, The Weber State University in Utah
- Marcos Machado, Bassist, The University of Southern Mississippi
- Joel Pagan, Violist, The University of Texas-Pan American
For the first time, this year's POI will offer an opportunity for advanced college students to perform in the Master Camerata Concert. More information
