MSO Board member receives recognition

Lester Senter Wilson received this important award for the wide variety of ways in which she has volunteered her time over many years to make our community a better place.  Among her most significant recent endeavors have been various concerts and projects raising nearly $100,000 over the past three years for MSO.  She has done this in conjunction with Dr. Timothy Coker, a recent past chairman of the MSO board of directors.  Congratulations, Lester! And many thanks to you and Tim.

MSO is the fortunate recipient of many hours of volunteer work on the part of many, many people.  The Goodwill Salute has been in existence since 1985 and the following people have won that award, in part, because of the time they have given or are currently giving to MSO or the Jackson Symphony League:  Barbara H.
